One one hand it's beautiful and it's definitely planted nicely by humans.
I haven't been to Biei, so I'm not sure how large a city it is.

It's nice, but it could be better if the buildings were not in the shadows. Perhaps the direction of the light and time of the day is not so favorable.

It's a beautiful shot. but IMO this is not blue hour. It's an 8 sec exposure.

City scenery people ! All macros and shots which do not look like city scenery will be disqualified (after dpr fixes its site bug). if it's a weak shot some additional explainations will do.
