My friend after a long day of rock climbing outdoors.

As we were packing up, he was sitting up there and I told him to hold still.

He did.

Scared my friend as she was competing in a climbing competition.

I was hanging on top of the boulder and surprised a lot of people as they were topping out, but this was my favourite reaction.

Saw this car in a yard whenever I walked to school for several years.

Had the nicest tone of green I've seen on a car.

Don't recall what the make was, but was likely an 70s American of some sort.

  • Exactly what flickr needs, more self-shot duckface instagram filtered photos from iPhones...

  • No android? But why?

Besides, iPhone users don't need it. They're more like to just instragram their lunch anyways.

  • Meh.

Just keep companies like Kodak alive to make film and give me a place to develop and I'll keep using my wonderful FE along with my D7000.

  • Or I could stick with my real camera.

  • Does not allow Instagram.

  • So... I should be stockpiling film like the seeds in Svalbard?

Good night, sweet prints, and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

  • Flickr is great. It's photo sharing that isn't cluttered by all the crud that is on facebook.

Flickr doesn't need any radical changes, just needs some TLC to tweak some things like being able to...

  • Personally, I don't mind them. Just ordinary shots of otherwise ordinary people.

There's going to be plenty of hi-tech, super composed, airbrushed and photoshopped pieces that will make these...

Named after the Latin word for "Seas", one can get lost in her deep blue-green eyes. Depending on her mood (as well as tone, volume and amp settings), she can be a violent storm or calm as a pond.

  • Submitted a challenge entry My Favourite Road
My vision of what my hereafter would be is walking down my favourite road on a balmy summer day with the sun bright and a slight cool breeze in my hair as I hear the birds chirp and the leaves rustle.

I slowly saunter at an easy pace as I recall my days of zipping up and down this road by bike, foot and car:

From Monday night baseball after long day of work.
Back from the East beach on a relaxing day off.
Towards the winery where I used to work to enjoy a cool refreshing glass of Pinot Grigio; I can still smell and taste the aromas of Granny Smith apple and citrus.
Towards the house I called home for long summer months spent making wonderful meals, amazing friends and regaling in songs around a bonfire at night under the Milky Way.

This would be my hereafter, this would be my Eternity.
