The placement of the shutter release has got to be an improvement. The reason that I don't use my 7R as much is because of the placement of this button. The grip improves it a little, but not much.
What my comment meant was that it looks like bodies and lenses are being released neck and neck, but what the hell, you'll interpret it to fit your argument.

Yes, I use my V750 to scan 120 negatives and slides. Not sure many affordable film scanners cope with 120
