Four Seconds Exhibition seeks mobile photography entries

A lot can happen in four seconds, the time one organizer of the Four Seconds Exhibition estimates it takes to capture a spontaneous moment on a mobile phone, from pocket to shutter button.
An open call is ongoing for artists worldwide to submit photographs and images created on mobile devices (both phone and tablet) to the Four Seconds Exhibition – a fine art showcase for mobile photography and art.
The Mobile Photography Awards (MPAs) has partnered with Obscura Gallery of Melbourne, Australia for the exhibition that will honor 25 images, as chosen by a jury. All chosen images will be exhibited at Obscura Gallery in Melbourne, Australia for a five-week run between November 21 through December 28, 2013.
All genres and styles of mobile photography are welcomed, from straight photography to the more painterly and illustrative. Submissions must be received by September 12, 2013. Submission fees are are $15 USD for 1 image, $30 for 3 images or $50 for 6 images. Further information on the entry process and terms of entry are available here.
