The annual Macworld/iWorld conference will dedicate an entire day to iPhone photography this year. The conference formerly known as the Macworld Expo is taking place in San Francisco from January 31-February 2. In the past, the Macworld Expo hosted official Apple product announcements and company status reports. Now, the event functions as a fan center to learn about third-party innovations from app developers and accessory manufacturers. Macworld/iWorld’s iPhoneography day will cover a wide range of mobile photography topics—from street photography to iPhoneography for fine art, as well as tutorials on app techniques and accessory demonstrations. Speakers include old-school commercial photographer turned iPhonography expert Jack Hollingsworth, Emmy-award winning multimedia storyteller Richard Koci Hernandez and Adobe representatives Julieanne Kost and Russell Brown. The iPhoneography "Mobile Masters Sessions" will be hosted as a special event on January 30—the day before the official start of Macworld/iWorld. We will be there to cover all 13 hours of the iPhone photography event. Read more about the iPhoneography day at Macworld/iWorld here. |
